FilioTech® offers emergency support services to local business owners, outside typical working hours Mon-Friday (9-5). This premium service is charged at a premium rate for anyone who needs emergency, after-hours response.

We are unable to guarantee fix on-spot. But we can support, troubleshoot and analyse the problem and apply solution whenever possible, including hardware intervention and taking hardware apart if/when possible.
